These chicken liver capsules contain 52mg of iron per 100 grams (as independently tested by the National Measurement Institute).

The recommended serving size is 3 capsules which contains 0.77mg of iron.

The iron in chicken liver is more bioavailable than mineral iron supplements because it contains heme-iron (which is more easily absorbed by the body). The liver is processed by steaming before dehydration. This increases the bioavailability of the iron even more.

The Vitality Pills also provide a good source of Vitamin B12, Protein, Folate & Zinc.

The Vitamin A in organic chicken liver is in the natural form of retinol.

These Vitality Pills have been independently lab tested and contain 50μg of retinol (vitamin A) per serve of 3 capsules.

This is a VERY safe amount of natural Vitamin A that can be taken daily.

The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for Vitamin A for men is 900μg/day and for women it is 700μg/day.
